You can use import shipping details data into an Existing Shipping Option only by using MS Excel (xls, xlsx).
Download the sample attachment to view the format of the Excel file.
Preparation
The file must be in MS Excel format (xls, xlsx) and with the following conditions:
- Header must be included in the first row.
- Must be less than 1Mb size.
To start importing shipping detail data, select the Upload Excel function at the bottom of the Shipping Detail page.
Select the Excel file to upload into the system and click on Confirm Import.
NOTE: Shipping Detail Data Upload Template Format
Shipping Type (1 or 2 only)
Type 1 for shipping based on total cart weight.
Type 2 for shipping based on total cart checkout price.
Currency
The currency format must be support in your store and is 3-letter code (i.e. MYR, SGD, etc)
Free Type ( 1 or 2 only)
Type 1, triggers when the cart weight exceed the ceiling.
Type 2, triggers when cart price exceed the ceiling.
Location Type (1, 2 or 3 only)
Type 1 supports multiple countries. If you select this option, insert country code to each row.
Type 2 supports a single country with multiple regions. For example if you select MY (Malaysia), the region is Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, etc. All location rows must have the same country code.
Type 3 support a multiple city. For example, if you select MY (Malaysia), and the region is Kuala Lumpur, the city is Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras, etc. All location rows must have the same country code and region.
Multiple Locations
Add new locations to a new row. Leave all other columns blank
Country Code must be a 2 letter country code based on ISO 3166-1 alpha-2.
Region/State is based on the same ISO standard as Country Code.
UOM
Supports only g (gram) or kg (kilogram).
Multiple Price Range
Add new parameter, price to each row. Leave all other fields blank. If you select Shipping Type 1 the start, end range is cart weight, Shipping Type 2 is cart price range.
