For your customers to navigate around your website you will need to create Page Links.
Depending on the store theme you are using the the default Page Link is the Main Menu. This is usually features at the top of your page
To Create a new Menu Link, create a new page and set it as a link type as not clickable.
To reorder the list you can drag and drop.
