Select Settings -> Shipping Settings from your online store menu.
Click the Create New Shipping Setting button.
Shipping Name
Display the name of the shipping option.
Currency
Select the currency for the shipping charges
Enabled
Check to enable or disable the shipping option
Delivery Type
Weight-based delivery calculates the shipping price based on the sum of cart product weight
Price-based delivery calculated the shipping price based on the sub-total price of the cart.
Enable Free Delivery
Checking this option enable free delivery when the cart meets your requirements, such as above a certain minimum cart price.
When finish click on Next.
Select Shipping Destination
Once you have completed the basic shipping setup you can select the shipping destination.
Key in the weight-based or price-based range and shipping price, and press Insert.
