Once you have captured payment for the order, or the customer has paid, you will need to fulfill the order.


Initiating an order fulfillment in the system will automatically send and email to the customer indicating that the item has been shipped.


Orders can be fulfilled in two ways.


  1. Fulfill the entire order.
  2. Manually fulfill the order partially.


Fulfill the entire order:


If you are selling a few products, its easier to fulfill the entire cart at once.


  1. In Settings, make sure the Automatic Fullfillment on Complete Order option is checked.
  2. Enter the Airway Bill if required.
  3. Click the Complete Order button.



Fulfill Order Partially:



  1. In Settings, make sure the Automatic Fullfillment on Complete Order option is unchecked.
  2. Click the Complete Order button.
  3. The fulfill order screen will be displayed. By default every line item is set to be fulfilled.
  4. Enter the Airway bill and click OK.
